We usually process shipments within two business days, and During holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but will not exceed 3 days.

If you need to change cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
We will not be able to change or cancel your order after this time limit, especially if the order has entered the processing or shipment process.
In addition, cancellation of orders for personal reasons may incur bank or payment platform fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. If more than five business days have passed since placing your order and you haven’t received your tracking number, please contact us at support@lobinniwatchstore.com.

Standard Logistics: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 days.
Fast Logistics: Estimated delivery time is 5-12 days.

About Watches

Yes, our watches are water-resistant, typically rated at 30 meters (3 ATM), 50 meters (5 ATM), or 100 meters (10 ATM).

The water resistance of a watch is closely related to its suitability for diving, but not all water-resistant watches are designed for diving. The water resistance rating is usually expressed as "waterproof depth," measured in meters (m) or atmospheres (ATM). Here are the common water resistance ratings and their applicable scenarios:

  • 30 meters (3 ATM) water resistance: Suitable for daily water exposure, such as washing hands or getting caught in the rain, but not for swimming or diving.
  • 50 meters (5 ATM) water resistance: Suitable for swimming or showering, but not for deep-water diving.
  • 100 meters (10 ATM) water resistance: Suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for diving.

In addition, be sure to avoid contact with warm or hot water, as the heat will cause the waterproof rubber ring to expand and contract, potentially allowing water to enter.

Some of our watches have luminous function. You can check if there is a small strip of luminous material on the hour and minute hands to determine if the watch is luminous.

Our watches are all feature 316L surgical grade stainless steel.316L stainless steel has high strength and hardness, excellent corrosion resistance.

We recommend that you take your watch to a local professional watch repair shop and have it adjusted by a professional.

Yes, our watches feature scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass, known for its superior hardness and durability, ensuring long-lasting clarity and protection.

About Shipping

Yes, we have customers all around the world and offer shipping to any location globally. For international orders, shipping costs will be provided at checkout, but potential customs fees are not included. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties

Yes, additional VAT, duties, and customs fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by the regulations of your country and are typically collected by the customs authorities upon arrival of the package. Please note that any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.

You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to change or cancel it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

If your tracking number is not working, please contact us immediately at support@lobinniwatchstore.com. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

About Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returned items must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The original packaging, protective covers, and product information must still be included with the item and packaging.

If a return or exchange is requested due to non-quality issues such as personal preference, the buyer will be responsible for arranging logistics, sending the package back to the return address below, and bearing the return shipping costs. The seller is not responsible for return logistics and shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Warranty

Our warranty service covers two types of issues: accidental damage and natural defects. If the damage is caused by the user, a paid repair service will be required. If you discover any defects or damage upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately.

We provides a 1-year international warranty on all watches purchased on its website. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
